They came to us to build a website that would showcase their technical prowess and help them achieve their objectives of precise invoicing and effective revenue control. Our team worked closely with Officeally to craft a site that meets its technical requirements and exceeds its expectations.
One of the key challenges we faced was integrating OfficeAlly's extensive payer list database into the website. With nearly 10,000 payers to manage, we needed to find a solution that would ensure accurate and up-to-date information. To meet the challenge, our team created a solid integration solution that would automatically retrieve new payer data from their Airtable-based database, maintain site synchronization, and guarantee integrity and dependability, all without causing user confusion or causing the site to perform more slowly.
We designed and built a custom website featuring a blog to showcase Office Ally’s expertise in medical administration. Using PowerImporter, we established an automated connection between Airtable and the website, ensuring continuous data synchronization. That meant whenever their team updated a payer entry in Airtable, the website reflected this instantly.
We also created tailored Salesforce forms that matched the visual style of the site and sent data directly into their Salesforce CRM, improving lead capture and tracking. Our team remains on call to update content, fix issues, and add new web pages as their services grow.
The outcome of our collaboration is a website that effectively communicates Officeally's services and provides a superior user experience. The integration of the payer list database and Salesforce forms has enabled Officeally to provide accurate information, manage leads efficiently, and enhance their online credibility
