Kesem is a national nonprofit organization that helps children whose parents have cancer
With more than 100 chapters across the U.S., Kesem offers free programs, builds community, and provides year-round support to families. Their website is extremely useful for finding local chapters, learning how to get involved, and making donations.
With over 100 chapters, it was difficult to keep everything organized so that people could easily find their local chapter. Kesem also needed to ensure that the volunteer and donor sign-up forms automatically sent information to HubSpot, saving the team from having to do it manually. And the website needed to be simple enough for non-technical staff to manage. It was also critical to make the website fast and simple to use on any device.
The goal was to create a simple and user-friendly website that works well for both visitors and the Kesem team behind the scenes. They also wanted to connect all form submissions directly to HubSpot so that everything could be organized without requiring manual data entry. Equally important, the website had to be simple for non-technical team members to update on their own. And, of course, it had to be compatible with smartphones and tablets.
We built Kesem's new website using Webflow, which makes it simple to organize and update chapters and other content. The Kesem team can now add and change information at any time without having to code.
To help visitors find their local chapter faster, we used Jetboost, which allows them to filter by state, university, or program type in real time. We also added HubSpot forms throughout the website, so sign-ups go straight into Kesem’s system without any extra steps. In addition, we created landing pages using HubSpot to support specific campaigns and engagement goals.
The site is mobile-friendly, fast to load, and accessible to all users, making it simple and convenient for everyone.
