Matterfix is a camera and production equipment rental company that offers professional gear for creators and filmmakers.
Their website plays a key role in helping customers understand rental options, estimate pricing, and get in touch with the team quickly and efficiently. They approached us to create a modern, high-performing site that enhances customer interaction and streamlines the lead intake process.
Matterfix needed a real-time pricing calculator that would let users select camera equipment, set rental duration, and get immediate cost estimates, all within the website. The form data had to be captured and stored in a structured database, with automated email notifications sent to the team for prompt follow-up.
The site had to maintain visual consistency with their brand while offering a smooth, self-service experience. Also, the system had to be lightweight and efficient without relying on external plugins or heavy custom code.
We designed a sleek, modern user interface in Figma, aligned with Matterfix’s branding. This design was then developed in Webflow, ensuring a responsive and visually consistent experience.
To improve user interaction, we built a custom calculator module in Webflow, allowing customers to select gear and duration to get real-time rental cost estimates. On form submission, lead data is automatically sent to Airtable, creating a structured database.
At the same time, the team receives an instant email notification to follow up without delay. This streamlined system has made it easier for Matterfix to manage incoming leads and respond quickly to rental inquiries.
The final website delivers a fully responsive, interactive, and efficient rental experience for both customers and the Matterfix team.

Accessible Transformation
The goal was to design a clean, easy-to-navigate website that allows customers to estimate hourly rental costs before reaching out. Matterfix also needed a backend system to store lead data and instantly notify the team upon form submission. The design had to reflect the brand’s modern aesthetic and work seamlessly across devices. It was equally important to ensure that the site was scalable for future service and equipment expansion.
